The scientific program starts on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, with pre-conference programming, beginning at 8:00 am for pre-conference workshops and the Early Career Forum at noon with lunch. The President’s Reception, which all attendees are invited to attend, begins at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, April 29th. Please plan to participate in the full program, which ends on Friday, May 2, at 1:30 pm with a lunch panel discussion.
Continuing Education Credits
CME will only be available for the 2025 Updated Essentials of Primary Care Pain Management pre-conference workshop, which will be held on Tuesday, April 29th.
Pre-Conference Workshop Registration
Registration for pre-conference workshops is included as part of the 2025 Annual Meeting registration. However, full meeting registration is not required to attend/register for pre-conference Workshop.
Travel Awards:
If you have applied for a 2025 USASP Travel Award, please hold off on registering until you find out the status of your application.
Virtual Attendance:
If you are unable to attend in-person, we will be using software that allows virtual conference participation. This year, all symposia and plenary sessions will be streamed through Zoom. Only symposia and plenary sessions will be recorded. Registration for virtual attendance will be open in March, 2025.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made BEFORE April 1, 2025.
